3.1 Custom Formations
The customization of a team's formation will not be allowed, this means that you are not allowed to play a ladder match with a customized or edited team formation or edit the players positioning. You can check if your opponent is using a custom formation by not skipping the match intro or by pausing the game at any time by going to Team Management. If opponent is using a customized formation let them know by sending a private message then he must quit the match.
3.2 Results
If a match ends as a draw then that is the result that must be entered unless it is a cup game in which case overtime and penalties must be played.
Please ensure that match reports are sent to your e-mail in case of a score conflict. This can be activated bia your online settings.
3.3 Disconnections
Although it does not happen often, it is possible that you or your opponent may be disconnected from the game or the internet entirely before your match is finished. You must communicate with your opponent and play a new match only the time remaining on the clock.
3.4 Red Cards
If you receive a RED CARD during the game and you experience a disconnection. You will need to start a new match and make the same player receive a RED CARD and continue to play from the time remaining on the clock.
3.5 No-shows
A player has 15 minutes to show and be ready to start the match. Failure to do so will result in a 3-0 forfeit. Players are responsible for the scheduled date and time of the match.
