The KGL Killing Spree Cup! #2

The 5on5 Killing Spree LoL Cup was cancelled due to League of Legends going down all the time. But now that the servers have split in to regions, the game is now stable enough to play again. So we thought we'd retry the LoL cups!

The 5on5 Killling Spree LoL Cup will consist of 4/8/16 teams depending on how many apply.

Matches will start at 8pm on Thursday 12th January, continuing until at least 9:15pm, with the following rounds being played out on Thursday 19 January.  The amount of rounds will depend on the number of signups for the event.

Round 1 - 8pm Round 2 - 9:15pm Round 3 - 8pm
Thursday January 12th Thursday January 12th Thursday January 19th

 

The team at the top of the fixture are to host a custom game with a password and paste the info in to the match notes so the other team can join.

Please read the below carefully!

In order to sign up to events, you will need to have 4 things in place:

  1. A Clan created [/clans/new]
  2. A Squad created within that clan, for the game you wish to enter
  3. At least 5 members (for LoL) added to the clan
  4. At least 5 of these members added to your squad with their correct Summoner names, and "Smiley Faced"

Once these things have been done, Squad Leaders, Clan Leaders and Deputy Clan Leaders should see the appropriate buttons on the events/ladder pages to sign your squads up.

Smiley face time has now been increased to 48 hours.

If you have any problems post them in the lol forums and we'll attempt to address them as quickly as possible!

Avatar Sound, ours is a community team rather than a dedicated LoL team at the minute, so I'm just trying to round a few up that are available. I'll get on this asap!

Avatar Its a single elim tournament to gauge the interest. We've had quite a few teams say they want to play this tourny but have yet to sign up. There will be a 3v3 cup soon aswell, might give you lot a better chance to grab some games with/against each other :)

If it's only 2 teams will it run in maybe a bo3 format? or if it's 3, a small group?

Just so those have signed up will be able to play rather than not. Cheers
